Document control comes first.
Every ISO 9001 system starts with controlled documents, so QRI does too. This part works today.
Approvals tied to the exact file
The approver confirms with their password, and the approval is bound to the file's SHA-256 fingerprint. Whoever started or submitted a revision can't approve it, and a return always says why.
Drafts stay with the people working on them
Only the author, the document's owner, reviewers and administrators read a draft. Everyone else reads the approved revision.
Periodic review with an owner
Each document has an owner and a review interval. The register marks reviews due and overdue, and the owner confirms the document is still suitable or starts a revision.
External documents, edition by edition
Standards, laws, customer and supplier documents and equipment manuals, kept with the edition in use and checked for new editions on a schedule.
The lists your auditor asks for
The master document list and the list of external documents, as CSV or for printing, in Korean or English. Each export is kept in the audit trail with its SHA-256, and printouts are marked uncontrolled.
Complete, not broad
One part of ISO 9001 at a time, finished.
QRI doesn't cover all of ISO 9001 yet, and it won't pretend to. Each part is finished before the next one starts, so a quality team can run that clause in QRI without a second system.

How we set it up
Your own system, set up with you.
We set QRI up alongside your ISO 9001 work, and it stays your system to run.
- Your own database and web address. Each client runs on its own system, not a shared one.
- Email from your domain. Invitations and messages come from your company's address.
- Invite-only. People join when an administrator invites them, and each person sees only their organization's records.
- Run by us, or handed over. We host it for you, or set it up in your own accounts and hand it over.
- Korean and English. Every screen and list in both, in each person's choice.
What we won't claim
Certification bodies certify organizations, not software. QRI doesn't claim to be certified, and we won't promise you a certificate. QRI keeps the records your auditor asks to see, and we say a part of it works only when it does.
